Service scope and estimates
Catalog descriptions explain intended deliverables and are not a contract until confirmed in writing. Prices are planning estimates in United States dollars and may change after a scope conversation.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide accurate information, timely feedback, measurements where requested, and permission to use supplied materials for the agreed project. Recommendations should be reviewed against building rules, safety requirements, and supplier instructions.
Intellectual property
DecoraVale Studio retains rights in original methods, writing, layouts, and visual systems unless a written agreement states otherwise. Clients receive permission to use purchased project deliverables for their own space.
Changes and cancellations
Scope changes, scheduling, revisions, and cancellation terms will be confirmed in the applicable proposal. The studio may decline work that cannot be delivered responsibly or within its expertise.
